It provides a final sign-off on construction of a building to ensure that it has been constructed safely using the original materials and is suitable to stay.

𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐎𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐂𝐂𝐂)

It was used to replace CFO to speed up the approval process and is self-certified by the Principal Submitting Person (PSP), ensuring that the property is safe for human habitation.
